Beth Hollenbeck said...: So true! DrH will lay all of these things out on the bathroom countertop every night. Before he goes to be he HAS to count them and make sure they add up to the right number. When he reaches the magic number he can go to bed knowing it is all there, so when he stumbles to get it at 4:30am there are no questions...

Rachel said...: Haha! That is awesome. My husband's white coat pocket seams ripped at least 5 times during residency because of all the electronics and papers, and books he carried around with him. Now that he is a fellow, he gets a fancy blackberry that doubles as a pager. Good because it reduces the amount of stuff to carry but bad because he has no excuse to be unreachable anymore.; May 15, 2010 at 2:04 PM
