New poll up for your voting pleasure!

Any comments on last week's poll? I'm so impressed by how many exercisers are out there! It can be so hard to make time for exercise when there is so much going on. I go to the gym 5 days a week, but that is mostly so I have a chance to shower without my kids destroying the house. :o) That and exercise is supposed to be good for my rheumatoid arthritis. Oh alright, I like it too. LOL!

Wow five days a week when you have kids - that is awesome! I'm afraid when I have kids I won't have the time/energy to go workout!

I try and shoot for 3-4 days a week and right now I find it to be a GREAT stress reliever during this whole residency application process!

Me too! 4 days a week with 2 hour nursery! Add that to the 2 days I don't go because both kids are in school and you have 1 day with kids ALL day long.

It's how I keep my glass half-full. ;0)

I wish the gym I went to had a daycare because I think I could exercise A LOT more!

I should be getting my butt to the gym more often just to relieve the stress of life...

That was a huge deciding factor for me. I knew if I had to rely on Brad's schedule to get to the gym, I'd never go! haha!
