Poll

The new poll is up for your voting pleasure.

Any comments on last week's poll? My hubby's family is 1300 miles away and my family is almost exactly 2000. It is hard to be so far from family. My brother's wife just had a baby yesterday and I can't wait to see her. I still haven't seen my other brother's baby and he just turned 1. He lives on the west coast and I'm on the east coast. :o(

Unknown said...: My parent's live exactly 2 hours and 130 miles away. My MS1's parents live ten minutes from mine. (Our elementary schools were less than a mile away and we went to rival high schools and never met one another until college!) I love that our parents are close to one another because when we go home we don't have to split up or chose where we go over the holidays. We can go to both!; January 18, 2010 at 4:12 PM

Adriana said...: We live 17 driving hours away from any of our family. Having a new baby made us both realize more than ever before how hard it is to be so far from family. On the other hand moving away from our family made us depend on each other in ways we might not have if our parents were close by.
