It helps to know that there are other people out there that will understand what you're going through! Even if you dont want to post, its helpful to read through and go through old posts. It also helps me prepare for whatever specialty he choses (hopefully NOT Ortho after reading the things some ladies have said!!)Komalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00411282494077235429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4733275816481882855.post-62365251060341672482009-10-26T16:16:28.382-04:002009-10-26T16:16:28.382-04:00My husband is in the process of applying to medica...My husband is in the process of applying to medical school, and I have really enjoyed reading this blog. While some things have been scary and hard to read, mostly I find it incredibly informative! My husband often asks me what I've learned today, because he feels like I've learned more on here than he has other places! Keep blogging ladies! I LOVE IT!Allisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01576832367855857960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4733275816481882855.post-62331509561025653322009-10-26T15:35:28.045-04:002009-10-26T15:35:28.045-04:00Mrs T that is too funny... my SO is always telling...Mrs T that is too funny... my SO is always telling me - STAY AWAY FROM THE MESSAGE BOARD. There will come a time though, that you are going to NEED the message board. And not only that, but people are going to need your help!!
I often get depressed and just wish for once that someone would sugar coat SOMETHING for me!

This blog has been honest, depressing, uplifting, encouraging, scary... all of those things!

And I am with you Mrs.T - even though this road looks like one huge uphill climb that will never end, I would trade one minute of it, if it meant that S wasn't in my life!

Definitely keep blogging... :)Amshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18043341181825149381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4733275816481882855.post-47608150997912520392009-10-26T14:47:52.451-04:002009-10-26T14:47:52.451-04:00My DH is MS III and to be honest, I often find thi...My DH is MS III and to be honest, I often find this blog overwhelming and depressing! (Sometimes I tell my DH about posts I have read and he tells me to stop reading!) Sometimes though, the reality of marrying into medicine is just not encouraging and the blog does help me face the facts sometimes. I think knowing the truth, rather than the candy coated version, is helpful even though it is not fun to read about. What I do know, is that if even I knew how bad it really is when we were dating in college(and yes, I do know that the worst of it has yet to come!) I still would have married him! So please keep blogging :)Mrs Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16537335257594933307noreply@blogger.com
